Join Orange County seniors for the 14th Annual Senior Health & Fitness Day, a free event focused on health, wellness, and community. Enjoy a day filled with health information and screenings, fitness and dance demonstrations, a group walk in the park, a nutritious lunch, and raffles and prizes.
Additional resources will be available on-site, including a Prescription Drug Take Back Program, Financial Health & Wellness information, Healthy Orange Mobile Unit, DMV Mobile Unit, and EMS Mobile Unit.
